A long-exposure night photograph of a shirtless young man spinning a fire show (poi) on an empty street in front of a graffiti-covered wall. The fire trails create brightly glowing fiery spirals forming the number 96 on each side. The background is dramatically illuminated by the red and yellow light of the fire.
